I write in relation to the property I occupy under an Assured Tenancy pursuant to the Housing Act 1988, which commenced on [26 December 2020]. I enclose a copy of my tenancy agreement for your reference. For the avoidance of doubt, a tenancy need not be in writing to be valid, and statutory and common law terms may be implied into an oral agreement.
